Catalytic Oxidizer (CO)
Classification:
Key words:
Catalytic Oxidizer (CO)
Product Description
1. Catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid phase catalytic reaction, which essentially involves deep oxidation with the participation of reactive oxygen species.In the process of catalytic combustion, the role of the catalyst is to reduce the activation energy, which can cause organic waste gas to undergo flameless combustion under lower ignition temperature conditions, and oxidize and decompose into CO2 and H2O, while releasing a large amount of heat energy;
2. Catalytic combustion is flameless combustion, with high safety and good purification effect, with a purification rate greater than 95%, suitable for the treatment of high concentration VOCs;
3. The ignition temperature is low, and the power consumption for preheating during combustion is only 40% to 60% of that for direct combustion, resulting in low energy consumption and low operating costs;
4. Catalytic combustion furnaces have a wide range of applications and can treat almost all complex organic waste gases (VOCs) such as hydrocarbons and odorous gases.
Suitable for the treatment and purification of various high concentration VOCs waste gases, odorous gases, and toxic and harmful gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, coatings, and environmental protection.
