Product Description
1. The main heat exchange component consists of two plates that are connected together after laser welding. Liquid or vapor medium flows inside the plates, and gas or granular solid medium flows between the plates. Multiple groups of plates are combined to form an efficient heat exchange device;
2. Suitable for heat exchange between gases and liquids under different temperature conditions, with a compact structure and small footprint, especially suitable for working conditions with high smoke and dust content;
3. The surface of the plate has different concave and convex surfaces. When the medium between the plates passes through, turbulence can be generated, which can effectively improve heat transfer efficiency;
4. Under conditions of high smoke and dust content, the equipment is equipped with internal blowing and spraying ports, which can be used to regularly flush the surface of the plates according to usage. Manual maintenance ports can also be added to manually clean the equipment to ensure heat exchange efficiency and maintain the normal operation of the system.
