Key words:
Direct-fired hot-blast stove
Product Description
◇ The direct fired hot blast stove mainly uses natural gas and other fuels to heat the air or other gases required in the production process through the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion;
◇ The fuel of a direct fired hot blast stove is regulated by a valve group and directly enters the burner. After being fully mixed with the combustion air in the furnace, it is burned. The highest temperature of these clean flue gases can reach over 1200 degrees Celsius, and after secondary air mixing, they can reach the required process temperature;
◇ Install heat exchange components in the furnace to convert high-temperature flue gas into clean fresh air at a certain temperature, which has the function of an indirect hot blast stove;
◇ A direct fired hot blast stove can also be built into a flue or equipment, where the air in the flue partially participates in combustion assistance. Most of the air mixes with high-temperature flue gas to form hot air at the desired temperature;
◇ Due to the fact that all the heat from high-temperature flue gas can enter the drying equipment, the thermal efficiency can reach 95-98%, making it a truly energy-saving device;
◇ The direct fired hot blast stove is mainly composed of a burner, a combustion chamber, and a control system, and the temperature control accuracy can meet the requirement of ± 1 ℃.
